Yes. Houston Conservatory of Music provides music education for students of all ages and abilities, and that includes adults. Some adult students are picking up an instrument for the very first time, while others are returning to piano, guitar, or voice after years away and simply want to pick up where they left off.
Adult lessons at HCM follow the same private lesson formats as our Foundation and Accelerated plans, with a teacher focused entirely on that student's goals, whether that's learning a handful of favorite songs, preparing for a specific performance, or simply enjoying consistent practice as a creative outlet.
Scheduling is rarely a barrier either. Houston Conservatory of Music is open seven days a week, which gives working adults room to find a lesson time that fits around a job or family schedule instead of the other way around.
A free trial lesson works the same way for adults as it does for younger students: no commitment, just a chance to meet a teacher and talk through what you want to get out of lessons.
